By using this website, placing an order, or interacting with Cobuki, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are below 18, parental consent is required.

3. Products & Availability

- Cobuki sells 100% natural smoothie powder blends.
- Product images are for illustration only; actual products may vary slightly.
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

- All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payments must be made through the payment gateways provided on the website.
- Cobuki does not store your card/payment information.

5. Shipping

- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
- Delivery time is typically 3–7 working days depending on location.
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

- No returns / refunds on delivered food products.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after ordering

7. Health & Safety

- Cobuki products are FSSAI licensed and manufactured under hygienic conditions.
- They are not medicines, do not treat or cure any disease, and should not replace medical advice.
- Individual ingredient benefits mentioned are based on traditional knowledge.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product names, images, videos, text, and designs are the property of Cobuki (AstreNt Sons Collective LLP).
Unauthorized use, copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cobuki is not liable for:

- Allergic reactions
- Misuse or incorrect preparation
- Errors in shipping addresses
- Decisions made based on marketing, testimonials, or content
