Refund policy

Because Cobuki is a food product, we follow strict safety and quality regulations.

Therefore:

❌ No Returns

We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Opened or unopened pouches
- Wrong flavour ordered by the customer

This is because FSSAI prohibits re-selling returned consumable goods for safety reasons.

❌ No Refunds After Delivery

Refunds are not offered once an order is delivered.
